Just notified that the GSM Keyone was in stock at BESTBUY so I placed my order and it will take 9 days for delivery.
I hope it works out for you. I ordered my KEYᵒⁿᵉ through Best Buy and the shipping date kept getting pushed further away. It took many phone calls and escalating to the top to finally get them to find one in one of their warehouses and to ship it. On one phone call I was told it was boxed and going out that day. It never happened.
So I recommend you keeping a vigilant eye on the shipping date.
Order status already changed to out of stock WTF cant their computers keep track of their stock! Website is still showing its in stock wow what a screwed up system lets see how long it takes to get delivered.
You probably should start making phone calls now.
Just got off the phone with best buy new date is August 7th maybe? They are trying to locate a Keyone in a store in Maryland to see if they can ship it faster.
Best buy rep told me that the item is not in stock and their web site is wrong so the August 7th date is wrong. He also added that their was no update on when it will be back in stock. I cancelled order!
Sorry to read that. I hope you are able to locate a KEYᵒⁿᵉ somewhere else. The efforts I had to expend to finally get one from Best Buy weren't pleasant ones.
Good luck.
A rep just called me back to apologize she said they were never in stock it was a website glitch. Go figure.
Check order status to make sure order cancelled and it still showed it wasn't. I called again very nice person spent the time to see what was going on and it will ship today from Maryland should have it early next week! Can't believe how screwed up they are.
Best Buy and Amazon can both go suck eggs.
Amazon is my daily go to for a lot of items and never have any issues but Best buy I usually pick up in the store never order this is my first time and last time I hope.
As much as I would love to purchase a new KEYone, although I'm not quite ready yet because of the screen issue, this buying process is a total sh*t show in my opinion. Best Buy claims to have it in stock until you place your order then gives you a shipping arrive date a week plus out. That tells me they "anticipate" having them in stock. If they were truly "in stock" the KEYone would ship immediately. And then there is Amazon who has them but they sell out very quickly so Amazon isn't getting many KEYones to sell based on that scenario.
I know ShopBlackBerry had their issues but they did perform well for me when I purchased a Z10 and a Q10 from them. I would like to see TCL/BlackBerryMobile sell the KEYones directly so that when TCL produced a suitable inventory of KEYones they could post them for sale and we could purchase direct... no third party retail purchase, which in my opinion in the event of a warranty claim, you simply submit that with TCL/BlackBerryMobile.
Just food for thought so I will just chill with my Priv and hopefully by Christmas the screen issue will have been confirmed as being fixed, there will be plenty of KEYones available for purchase... and the price will have been lowered to around $350.00.

Just received notice my order has shipped will be delivered in two days!
Best Buy is always kind of screwy, lol.
Miss print Bestbuy has no stock
Ordered mine last Friday be in my hands tomorrow they are pulling stock from best buy mobile locations mine came from Maryland.
got a email at 545am.... clicked in the link at 6am.... sold out!
hey at least it's better to wait for bestbuy then pay the $1500 pricetag on amazon cause people are sniping them and selling for what they want and Amazon doesn't care.
Extremely poor logicits on Blackberrys part come on produce the product to meet the demand! Also let us know what batch has the updated screen glue process.
First of all Amazon is not responsible for what things sell for, if your dumb enough to pay over cost for a cell phone than the seller is the smart one. Two Best buy only gets in a few as in less than 50 corporate wide. So a sell out is no big deal. I know this because I called Corporate offices and asked. They like many others don't want to be stuck with stock. So the SELL OUT and high demand is all relevant.
Not their fault a large number of re sellers are not ordering large numbers. The phones sell out fast because the re sellers are basically making sure they are not stuck with stock again.
Received my keyone today but haven't opened it yet having second thoughts way too many negative threads on here gotta give it another thought.
Some people thrive off negativity. Come to your own conclusions. If you hate it you hate it, you love it you love it. But come to that conclusion yourself.
If I go by what others say, I'd never buy a Ford. Everyone and their mothers online claim Ford breaks down all of the time. Yet, my first Ford was a 1992 Mustang GT. Put 180,000 miles through it and even the power mirrors still worked when I sold it. Then got a 2005 Ford F150, put 170,000 miles through that, sold it and got almost as much back for it than I paid for it because it was still in perfect condition. Now I have a 2007 Ford Edge with 160,000 miles on it... My dad had a 2004 Ford Aerostar with well over 300,000 miles on it (albeit mostly highway miles)... Sometimes you realize that the people who either have experienced problems or just those who want to talk down on something are disproportionately loud. Sometimes it's the other way around. Either way, you'll never know for sure until you try it yourself.
Learned the same lesson years ago. Was going to buy new speakers, went into the sound room. The salesmen told me don't look at name plates, close your eyes and listen for best sound. Yup bought a no name and sound was top notch, you never know until you wade in.
