    Anyone got a fix? Had the KEYone since day 1 at Selfridges with no issues, then randomly for the last 48hrs BBM will only work over WiFi. WhatsApp etc. are all fine over mobile signal.

    Logically then, it's an issue with BBM if all else is working. Check to make sure your BBM Connected Icon is running as well under BBM settings>Notifications. If it isn't, be sure to enable it. If that's not it, uninstall/Reinstall, clear app cache and data. Best options available. Keep in mind, any of the last 3 actions will remove any chats/settings you have going on.

    Thanks Bla1ze, I checked the icon - all good, so I've reinstalled and let's see what happens. Looks on Google as though it's not an uncommon problem, although I've never known it before in years of BBM use.
