    After the Factory Reset, I clicked on BBM. It asked for my phone, I entered my number and then it created a new BBM. New pin, no contacts, no chat history...

    I'm sure this is simple, but..... how can I login to BBM with my old BB ID / pin? I cannot find anywhere to do that?

    I simply want to get my BBM contacts, chats, etc... back.

    Clear BBM data, and then log in with the correct credentials.

    How? Delete the account? Definitely appreciate the help, but I need more specifics.

    Settings, apps, BBM, storage, clear data.

    I see my contacts but no chat history. Is that gone?
