So my gf has a KeyOne (Germany version) lately not sure exactly when it started, but she can't no longer send or receive pictures when connected to the Network (Vodaphone) unless she's in WiFi zone. I have checked all the settings in the KeyOne and BBM such as able to send/receive images via network and WiFi.
I on the other hand never had an issue with it, I also have a KeyOne but Canadian Model. Settings are all the same.

Any body else has any issues? We are both in "Vodaphone Family" Plan and nothing has changed.

I've experience unexpected behavior with the Data Saver setting and MMS even with the applicable apps whitelisted. If she uses Data Saver, try disabling it before sending photos.

Thanks haven't thought of the Data Saver setting... I checked and Data Saver is off. Funny thing too is that a friend of ours with iPhone seems to be having same issues too.
