I'm on T-Mobile and have a dual sim black keyone (BBB100-7). Wifi calling will not register on the t-mobile network and I need it because I am frequently out of cell service but in range of wifi. From the crackberry forums, it sounds like BBMobile/Optiemus haven't set the IMS for US Carriers. I was wondering if it's possible to use the autoloader to flash the BBB100-1 or BBB100-2 firmware & OS updates over the BBB100-7 and if doing that will get me wifi calling? Or is there an APK of the IMS settings from the BBB100-1 that can be installed on the BBB100-7. It's been so difficult using the BBB100-7, I'd almost trade the thing for an iphone.

No an autoloader isn't going to fix the issue...

Best bet is to call support and see if they can add you device, but as others that imported phones from India have found... better to buy hardware meant for your network.

I'm currently having the same issue but even if I was to the correct variant mint mobile wouldn't provide me with the service I would have to switch carriers. if it becomes too much of an inconvenience then I always have the 6T to fall back on. In my case the webpage had the right info for the US but the actual product is for the Indian market I just found that out on another post.

Since you are on T-Mo, try their "New Digits". Very similar to wifi-calling and should work on your phone. It's on the app store.
