    This is very interesting, especially for us VZW folks who know it usually takes an eternity for Verizon to drop any new BlackBery...officially, I mean.
    I waited & waited for the Priv to be available on VZW. They only had the Z30 listed for a long time which was the phone I was trying to upgrade from. I've had my Priv for like 3 months, maybe, & VZW has apparently already dropped it. I'm not sure the exact date they started offering it but I checked periodically for quite a while with no luck.

    My initial plan was to hold out for the K1 but I couldn't wait any longer. Once it's available in 2019 I'll be due for another upgrade which might just work out perfectly.

    You've probably done all this but I could suggest:
    1. Apply HD voice on your account on the VZW site. If that doesn't work, you can add it via the app.
    2. Dial *#*#4636#*#* and make sure the "VOLTE Provisioning box is checked". Then go into settings, advanced calling, and hd voice is checked. If that doesn't work then God only knows.

    Worst case you could set up a google voice account/SIP account to forward calls to VOLTE SIP calling account. If you want to try that I can provide a little help.

    After you enter the dialer code. Go into the top menu "phone information" untick everything the re tick them. Then restart the phone.

    Correct the same worked for me and tested an HD voice call successfully

    it will have the letters HD on the call screen and most obviously the improved sound quality. only works with other Verizon phones that have the same service active
