Hi folks,

Since last BB KeyOne update, I've got 2 users reporting Error 96 issue when trying to send out SMS. Those users travel a lot and this error occurs as soon as they change of operator.

The only workarounds at this moment are:
- Perform a restart OR
- Pull SIM card out and back again in.

I've been trying to find the SMSC but it's not available in BB KeyOne. Moreover, the USSD feature codes doesn't work:
*#5005*7672#
*#*#4636#*#*

This error started just after last update received AAN358. We are based in Europe.

Does anybody else experienced this issue? Any ideas are welcome.

Similarly, you should be able to have them go into airplane mode then come back out.
