Only 7 out of 29 100-1 were updated to Oreo. Some were uploaded to the server for more than a week, but still not pushed.

Don't care, we still don't have it. Even June update was only released after three months, which they could do a long time ago. It was the same build as in other variants who got it months ago.

Clearly it's a staged rollout, and it's users that matter for support - not number of variants.

Doesn't change the fact that they only pushed the June update after three months, which you previously suggested that they might find a way to get around June update for Oreo. So June update is staged roll-out?

So users that matter for support? What about users on other variants? They don't deserve fast support? Or just because the number is small, so TCL chose to ignore them while the build is the same and they are not waiting for another build but just simply need to press the button.

User volume is what matters for tech support channels. They can only handle so much traffic for Oreo update issues.

Just open the Support Center App and tap on device info. What you are looking for is the CU Reference. PRD-63316-???
