I charged my Keyone black edition from 40% to 80%
After 30 minutes of usage it is still the same 80%!
Battery from settings says " battery usage data isn't available"

P.S: the phone is one week old

    Charging*

Reboot your phone. Hold down the on/off button until the phone restarts itself. That may fix it.

Are you sure it actually charged? What does it say in your battery settings?

    Yes, indeed!

I think I had the same problem a few weeks ago.

Solved by simply putting it to charge. Never happened again as of now

I only suggest a battery app to help diagnose the problem, not as a permanent solution. In order to fix something, you must first find out why it's happening.

Battery stats will not show up immediately. The device needs some variety of usage so that it has some data to analyze.

So, it charged to 80 and then what kind of usage?

Press and HOLD the power button for 32+ seconds. Ignore the screen and any sounds or vibrations.

I tried it and worked. However, the battery has been acting weird sometimes it drains so fast and sometimes it shows how GREAT it is!

Same apps, same usage, same treatment no change what so ever!

    Should I be worried?

My battery has been lasting about 2 days for months now, then one day last week it drained a lot faster one day. Then it went back to normal. Not sure what to make of it but hopefully yours will stay good.

My priv does this once in a while. I let it run empty then used a different charger than normal and it seems to help.

Turns out to be like this.. after I unplug my new black keyone the battery takes long to drop down, however, when it drops around 3 to 5 levels it starts to drain very fast!

    Does anyone have a clue?

Look at the Battery Module in Main Settings or use the Widget. What values are shown and what is using the power? You might try to restart in case something is running amiss.

    1. Screen 953 mAh
    2. Phone idle 799 mAh
I have done all the power center orders and also managed most of apps from opening automatically in the background. I even put the hub and some other apps on energy saving

Getting almost two full days is not a real problem with the battery. As it suggests, if you can turn down screen brightness you might get more use per charge. But, again, 48 hours is not bad by any means.

I do wish I knew more about Phone Idle. I, too, notice its power use.

Well not two days, if you noticed I charged it a little bit twice. The brightness at its lowest

You face the same issue (phone idle)? Or just noticed it on mine?

I have the Phone Idle draw too. I'm not tech enough to discern what is what with it.

Charge it up and use it for a normal day and see how it goes. If you can tolerate lower brightness, do that, too.
