I agree, totally awesome! Here's my day so far, I won't be able to stay awake long enough to kill this battery.
Nearly 7 hours of SOT and I'm still at 47% battery level,

I mean that's ok battery life? You will essentially get 6 hours of sot. That's not that great.

8 hours SOT today so far and I still have 38% battery. I took my phone off charge 16 hours ago . That's not great?

I am getting even better performance: 23:50 now with start of day at 05:00 and SOT almost 7 hours and 51%battery charge remaining. This smartphone is killer.

My kids play their battery intensive game s for an hour today and it only used 10 percent of battery and phone still felt code while it would consume at least 50 percent on my Priv.

I've gone from an iPhone 6S where the battery would be dead by 5PM, to a KEYone that will finish the day with around 30% (6AM-11PM). Getting around 8-9 hours screen on max brightness. Consists of mostly emails, messaging, few calls, bit of GPS and some YouTube. Battery is incredible and performance is great. I've not experienced any stuttering.

My battery performance has been good as compared to my Q10. However, I was not getting the kind of battery performance that others were. I have been leaving a number of apps open throughout the day. Yesterday, I left Hub, Weather Channel and the music player open all day with quite a bit of usage and was down to 20% by bedtime. Today, other than Hub which I leave open all the time, I have closed each app after I use it. My battery is just under 60% tonight. So, it appears that leaving open a number of apps has had a negative impact on my battery performance. I plan to keep closing apps after I use them (except for Hub) for the next few days to see if my battery performance stays as strong as it was today. I wonder if apps being left open is the reason why some are getting better battery performance than others....

Closing apps actually consumes more power. I never close apps at all. Leaving them in memory will give you better battery life.

Could you put that into context please? Just throwing in that it's not great doesn't help at all.

In the context of having mobile phones, for a few decades now, (Not only SMARTphones!!) this is pretty rubbish. My Nokia 3200 classic had around two weeks battery life.

Then, including the smartphones, it's standing out to the positive I would say. An iPhone 4S, even when it was new had extremely bad battery life, especially when having 3g turned on. Remember the word "wallhugger?"

Now including 2017 phones, where does your "not great" come from?

Its 2017 and while 6 hours of screen on time is good, its not great. I don't know how to be any clearer. Referencing the iPhone 4S is a little ridiculous. Remember the Z10? That phone's battery was a joke.

Um actually it doesn't. Leaving apps open in the background can cause some associated processes to still run. Using up battery life.

Android allows apps to multitask in the background and it will kill battery. I know this from having OS Monitor installed and watching it for minutes at a time periodically.

    Ummmm....nope. You're incorrect.

This is a big reason why people complain about poor battery life. They are ill-informed.

For those who able to survive with the keyone for many many hours. Can you guys not only share the SOT but also the Usage page as well?

Eg. with wifi full time or most of the time? any social apps? With email sync all the time? so on..

    Cheers

See attached , this is with wifi nearly all the time.
However I have tested the phone while traveling using only 4g network and the result surprising it was similar !

I was in Cali last week for EA Play, left the hotel at 7:30am, got back around 12:30am and was still at 29% with heavy usage. My regular usage since I've been back, 6:30am-5:30pm, at least 65%. might be better than the passport.
