    Hi

So I’ve had my keyone since March April and this past week or so I’ve noticed the battery draining quicker than usual.

I’m not a heavy user just texts the odd call and maybe half an hour to an hours internet browsing a day.

I’ve noticed the google news thing keeps popping up notifications on my screen in the part on the home screen where you swipe down for your notifications. How do I turn this off? It wasn’t there before so it could be that?

Also I’ve noticed a few times when I go to turn it on. I get a blank screen and message asking if I want to reboot etc. Not sure what that’s about? It has happened about 3 times now but infrequently

By draining quicker I mean draining quicker while just idle as well by about 30% while just idke

    Can anyone help?

    Thank so much 🙂

Have you looked at the battery usage in the settings to see if there are any particular apps consuming a lot of battery? That would be a good place to start.

Go into the Power Center app and configure. Turn off all apps running in the background and optimize apps. Then hold down the power button for 32 seconds and release.
