Check the first post for compatibility.

Thanks. How can I tell if it worked? It seems to be stuck in a boot loop now rather than stuck on the bootloader menu. I've tried it twice with the same result. I'm seeing some sporadic white blinking lights when it's plugged in too.
Try another USB port and cable.
Any idea which variant you actually have?

It went through the script but it just didn't seem to change anything. It's a BBB100-1.
The autoloader is good. So if you have a good download and tried various cables, USB ports, and PCs, then it sounds like you have a hardware issue.
I assumed as much. Oh well, it was worth a shot. The device is visible on Windows so in that sense the cable/USB works. The script also runs. I suppose it couldn't hurt to try another, but I don't see how the process would differ. Thanks for your help.
Did you try the Mobile Upgrade Tool?
