I have a holster type case to protect the Keyone.

When the phone rings I am losing call, too slow to move slider.

How to I set Auto Answer when removing phone from case.

Not sure there is one, but also not sure there isn't.
I was having the same problem, back in the Z10 days. I had AT&T give me more rings before shunting to VM. I think I get 7 now, and thats carried through several newer phones.

There is no holster controls on Android.

Get the OEM leather pouch. It allows you to answer your call while still in the pouch.

OP uses a holster, doubt a pouch is going to cut it for him.
