if you go into the KEYone support forum, you will find MANY threads saying this exact thing.. this is a KNOWN bug with BB Launcher, (a memory leak of some sort) a simple reset fixes it until it slows down again.

I'm running arrow launcher for the time being. Buttery smooth with no lag. You do lose the keyboard shortcuts, but there are ways around that.

Change the launcher and the problem will be fixed lol. BlackBerry launcher isn't ready yet, unfortunately.

Yes I had quite a bit of lag too. Turned out I just hadn't restarted the phone after setting everything up. Snappier now. I'm using the dark theme too.

That's the main thing. If you reboot every now and then when you start noticing slow downs. I'm sure BlackBerry will clean this up but till then just do the needful.

Bit worrying to have a launcher that lags just because of the theme option, seems like sloppy coding. Maybe I'll go back to Nova.

Yes. If you're using dark theme, don't use it. If not, disable the BlackBerry launcher, ("uninstall"), and then re load it from the play store. Did the trick for me. Just stick to the light theme.

I'm getting app drawer lag on keyone, use to be very subtle, getting worse. it can take a full one to two seconds now. had to restart device to fix, now couldn't be bothered anymore, are they not suppose to be releasing an update to the launcher. the last update had some minor cosmetic changes, nothing on performance and features.

The response time of the App Drawer was instantaneous since release date. However, I have noticed significant response lag as the number of installed applications increased beyond a particular point. Odd.

Never noticed a delay with mine. Just opened and closed it 10 times. No delay.

If you say so. I will keep my 52 keyboard shortcuts. Mine "lags" like a quarter of a second at most, omg, the sky is falling...

I would try to reset those settings described in the "how to speed up the KeyOne" thread. I use a Dtek60 with dark theme and my app drawer is blazingly fast since I made those setting changes

When pressing a keyboard key before its setup with a shortcut I can make it lag a bit. But it doesn't lag after the keyboard shortcut is assigned. It still doesn't lag when I open the app drawer either.

I'm not using the launcher on a Keyone so that point is moot.
