As for myself I just paid off my Keyone so I'm in no hurry to upgrade to a Key2. Yes it has better specs but is it really that much of an improvement I'll wait and see. So what about you?

You do know that anyone who shells out the bucks for the K2 will use the many overused descriptive clichés to sing its praises whether actually deserved or not. I'm sure some will be deserved, but I doubt worth shelling out a lot of money twice in 12 months for phones.
I'll wait until the "no horse in the race" reviews are out.

I don't think it fixes any of my key complaints about the KeyONE. I never had a problem with RAM or the camera. I did have a problem with the capacitive buttons being a little too close to the top row of keys. I did miss the wireless charging of the Priv - not sure if that is included but looks like no.

The only gripe it MAY fix is the 5GHz wireless, but that doesn't seem fair because that worked on my phone up until a couple of months ago an update screwed it all up....

The only other thing that could get fixed is the cell reception. I'm consistently one bar below where I was on the Priv - and in fringe areas or indoors in factories that I visit I'm getting no signal at all where I should really be getting one.

I wasn't at first. But after seeing the live feed launch I definitely will be the phone looks amazing and very different. That being said I'm not paying the ridiculous launch price. I will stick with my keyone till Xmas when I get a free upgrade and voila I will have the key2 for free

I really wanted to at first, but then they announced the ridiculous pricing. As said above, I'll stick with my K1 until the price drops. I paid $499 for my current K1. I won't be spending $150 more for a mediocre cpu upgrade and double RAM. I'd rather spend $70 more for a OnePlus 6 with a huge cpu upgrade and almost triple the RAM.

The K2 does look great, but the price just doesn't justify it.

Certainly won't switch. I like the KeyONE's keyboard just fine. Don't care for the camera and also not for the added RAM, since I don't experience any lag with the silver edition. The only interesting thing for me would be a better mic and improved reception. But certainly not for that price tag. Just hope, the KeyONE will get Oreo and continued security updates as promised. I wonder whether the KeyTWO is supposed to be the low budget PKB-device that was predicted to be released this year. Certainly don't hope so.

Speed Key, More RAM, Matte Keys, Bigger Keyboard, Black Finish.. all and more for $150 more than the Key One?... No Brainer for me.. Key 2 all the way

Big yes. New matte keys are a real win and speed key looks interesting addition. Also nice symmetry and super specs. Am thinking black. Will order as soon as Vodafone UK lets me :-)
