    I preordered on May 18, no email sent about delivery so I went to a Rogers store in downtown Toronto and bought their last one at 9:30am, i cancelled my preorder, apparently the Rogers store had a couple of dozen for those who selected pick up at store.

    I pre-ordered and called the store after work today and was told it wasn't ready to wait until tomorrow. Not happy but what can you do, I'll wait until tomorrow.

    I ordered on the business side on the 18th, was #28 , requested delivery instead of store pick up (no time to go) and now 10:20 on the 31st and NOTHING! Called this am and biz CS indicated orders being fulfilled today? why not yesterday with shipping for delivery today. Now checked oirder status and it was worked on at 11am today (wow took 2 hours to work up to order 28?) and then 3 people handled process to 1:30ish...then states finalizing. Nothing after. No emails, no updates. No cool Rogers. It not a space shuttle launch, this could and should have all be done ahead of time and shipped for arrival on day of release...its like shopping on December 25th to deliver presents on the 26 or 27th!!

    Today on June 1st, get an email mid morning of shipping...tracking number does not work so means UPS has not picked up yet (as of now 3:15). Email did indicate up to 7 business days. I am never getting shipping to place of business again. Will waste my time going to store (or change carrier). So Stupid, Our firm is not large but still paying abount $600 month and they treat us like ****. Consumer with $80 monthly gets phone shipped asap. Don't understand their logic.

    10:33 UPS site has it delivery by tomorrow end of day. Yea! But still two days late in my opinion. Next time I am for sure getting delivery to local store - at least you get it on release day.

    Got an email saying it's being shipped. Checked the tracking a couple hours ago and the number wasn't found. The email said to expect it within 7 days.

    I pre-ordered and received an email last Friday saying it shipped, Wednesday I picked it up at the Rogers Wireless store where I requested it be delivered.

    Did the same like you. I was #23 . Same email like yours shipped but expect in 7 days. Ups tracking does not work.
    I did buy 1 yesterday.
    I am told to refuse it when delivered.
