That happened to me once and I had to reverify my 911 address. It was on another BlackBerry with BB10.

I had issues when I switched over to MetroPCS. I had to install the APN for wifi calling manually and create a shortcut for phone services. apparently it's a rare occurrence but it does happen

I don't have issues with wifi calling because Fido won't provision my KEYone to work with their network, lol. They support a bunch of Android phones, but not KEYone. I believe Rogers is the same way. Pain in the butt though as there's probably no reason that it couldn't work.

Correct Fido and Rogers will not support wifi calling VOLTE and video calling on unlocked models or the Black SE!

Neither does AT&T or Verizon in the USA.

Bla1ze. Can I ask what provider you're with? I don't think there's any Canadian provider that enables wifi calling for the KEYone that I know of. I tried to get Fido on board and they said that they couldn't do it... Thanks

Mine has yet to work on my KEYone using T-Mobile and never worked on my Priv either. Works flawlessly on my Passport though. Go figure.

So I had metro pcs reprovision my sim cards, and i swapped my numbers from one phone to the other. Wifi calling now works on the Keyone. The APN is still the default metro pcs one. I actually cant even find a wifi calling setting, but i turned it on with a dialer code menu and it actually works now.

Yes we have problems with WIFI calling on the Keyone. ATT still blocks it on their network even on the ATT branded Keyone.

I side loaded AAR970 and am using the black SE on Rogers Wireless and WiFi calling DOES not work! I thought IMS would also be fixed but Nada for both!!!

I have had this issue and believe that it is due to a weak Wi-fi signal, in our case. Our broadband signal needs to be upgraded so this is definitely a valid reason. I am on T-Mobile and therefore simply turn off the wi-fi at home. I have an unlimited plan with TMO.

I would like to know if someone who reads here is from Germany and knows if KEYone is able to do wifi calling on either Vodafone / Telefonica or T-Mobile Network. Vodafone has the BB Motion in the list of supported models, I am wondering why only this and no KEY one mentioned. Is it a software or hardware Thing? I am on Vodafone with a private cheap reate so I do not expect it working for me, but only to know in general, when the next period comes for changing contracts.

Rogers has the ability to provision your unlocked Keyone for VOLTE. It's not as simple as adding your IMEI, but tier 2 tech support out of Montreal was able to do something to make it happen.

I too have same issue. But I noticed that if I put it in airplane mode with wifi on, wifi calling works predictably well each time and works for hours. So I do that when home as my signal is barely one bar anyway!
