Sorry for that......But that rises a bigger question, where can replacement repair parts be gotten? Any clarification from BB Mobile?

If any device was brittle enough not to be able to withstand the equipment and handling by in store staff, I don't think the device is strongly built enough.

imagine if you had the KEYone in your back pocket and sat on it for a second?

I am sticking with my priv until more Keyones are in the wild

I've seen all kinds of phone ruined due to clamped too tight. It's the store's fault, not the device.

As I addressed this with you on Twitter yesterday, these devices look as though they were bent on purpose based on the info you gave. You claim 5 devices were all bent, and the photos you show align up with the impression of where someone's thumb would be if they applied pressure to the display and bent them. Now you're claiming that the clamps did it, which is entirely possible as well. Either way, I think you're stretching to make a bendgate situation out of this as you have on Twitter based on nothing more than some demo devices, but whatever, it's your life lol.

I went down to Selfridges this morning to check the Keyone out and noticed both of the demo handsets I picked up had these marks on the screen. I don't know what caused them but the clamps they are using are no different to ones they used on all the other phones in the store so not sure why they would cause and issue with the Keyone.

Could be something, could be nothing but personally its put me off ordering for now.

Considering where that thumb mark shows, looks possibly like they were trying to get them out of the security clamps with out the unlock tool?
I have seen this on some display models in retail stores with limited personnel.

Time to start an unsubstantiated rumour: Clearly CBK, Bla1ze and everyone have known about this flaw for months (via the pre production models) and have been hiding it from the fan base.

TCL purchased their silence by sponsoring CrackBerry for a year!!! =)

This could be a good thing. When's the last time someone tried to steal a demo BlackBerry unit from a carrier outlet? Ok, I'm done.

Haha - pictures can be well timed as well guys. A thumb print most often, quickly fades from the screen within a few seconds.
