Known issue if you're on the July update. Hopefully, the August update will roll out soon enough and fix it.

yup known issue for a while now. I really hope the August update fixes this issue!
Normally I'd know this but, I haven't been on here much. Don't like the android CB app much.
still no notifications after that last update. mostly from Instagram it has stopped working
