All keyboard touch gestures don't work 90% of the time. Sometimes works for a few seconds and then becomes unresponsive again.. It's not a software issue, because Blackberry tried to fix it software-wise over the phone with me, and after failing said to contact the seller.. Anyone else has this issue?

I'm having the same issues. Although I feel it is a software issue, because it's often after turning the screen off and then on again that things begin to work after a bit.

My first Keyone had 5 keys that would not work at all. I returned it and the new one works fine.
