    Situation: phone rings, I answer and after the call, it shows up on the Hub as an incoming call and right underneath it, there's an entry for a missed call that's from the same number as the incoming call and at the same time.

    I tried clearing the cache, double checked settings but for the life of me, I can't solve this issue.

    Any ideas anyone?

    This is not unique to the KeyOne, many phones do it. It happens when the network just does not see the call along with the handset. I can give you the tech reasons but their is nothing to fix.
