Hello, I have a problem with BB KEYone. Everytime when im talking op the phone and i have another call, the phone dont show it on displey. My old android phone showed another call.
I tested it on BB Passport and Classic and they are showing it also. I want to ask if this feature exist on KEYone and if it exist when can i enabled it. Thank you for your help.

Do not know how to access thus menu without using quickshortcutmaker but making sure call waiting is checked should resolve your issue.
I scrolled through all settings, but i didn't found this menu :( May i ask if this screenshot is from BB KEYone?

Yes the screenshot is from a KEYone. Download quickshortmaker app.
Then under activities go to:
phone services > gsm/umts settings > additional settings and you will find it there
I have a similar problem, when I try checking the box shown in the screenshot above, it unchecks itself straightaway. any advice anyone?
That is really odd. It doesn't seem like a feature that carriers would block/not provision XD
Tbh it works fine on the priv, it's just this phone that I have an issue with!
Thanks. I think you also need to press TRY. BUT it appears that it may not work on cdma/Verizon model. I can't get "additional settings" to allow me to change anything - grayed out.
the settings youre looking for are available within the phone app. press the three dots in the search bar at the top.
Hi. Open phone icon, tap 3dots, settings, calls, additional settings then tick call waiting. Hope this helps
Jamie and PSB - nope, still missing in the cdma version.
I believe it's missing in the gsm version too. Only able to access it via quickshortcutmaker
