    As my post indicates, I am finding almost every day I end up shutting down my phone and restarting to clear things out. I hate VZW daily for denying us access to the Key². Does anyone know of a solution to eliminating the lag/lock up other than me wiping the phone for the 2nd time ever and starting over.
