I like many others are suffering from either call drop or poor call quality, it's easy to blame the phone and it's equally easy to blame the network, but is there a sure fire way to find out which is at fault? EE in the UK.

Did you drop calls with your last phone in the locations your are now?
Do your friends and neighbors on the same network, drop calls when you do?
Yeah it's pretty easy to narrow down the problem.
