Hello!
My model is BBB100-2, PRD-63117-039, running ABG366 now. Network ORANGE Romania.
I'm trying to install the ABJ879 update since yesterday. After 20%, my K1 restarts and an error message appears saying "this is embarassing" and after 120 seconda the phone reboot. No Error code. Until now I tried some workarounds like stop Google Play service, clear the cache and so on with no success.
Anybody else with this problem?

I have got the same issued here in Germany. Almost 4-5 days cancel update.

This is not an official solution. Blackberry should release a statement, why this kind of error happens. Go and download autoloader, is not the way I prefer to do. I am a BlackBerry user since Bold 9900 and never faced this kind of issue.
Same with ABL693 :( ...
They probably have no ide why...
While you have a valid point.
Do you want a working phone or not?
Use the tool or an autoloader and move on with your day.
or sit and wait for blackberry the choice is yours. How valuable is your time?
