Let me guess... PRD 63116-039? These were also sold by Amazon (in the U.S.) to customers with addresses in the US despite BBMobile designating these as devices for Canada. It's somewhat ironic that Blackberry devices for Canada have been seemingly abandoned by BBMobile... I mean, you'd think that would have been a target market. I have a case open with support about this since early November and their own developers apparently don't have an answer as to what the deal is.

Precisely the model I have, bought factory unlocked and currently using it in Mexico

According to this link, we're stuck on the July patch (ABD796): https://tclota.birth-online.de/

It's funny as we have two other unlocked KEYᵒⁿᵉ devices (my fiancée's and my mother's). Both got the Oreo update some time after mine, but are now on the November security patch...

I can't understand BB Mobile's update cycle, it's quite frankly ridiculous when it comes to factory unlocked devices.
