Wow you're 3 months behind the security? I have bbb100-1 model. I don't know why blackberry updates are so random. My iPhone or Google phone never had security update delays.

Just follow the instructions. It's actually quite simple.

I have a Rogers (a cell provider in Canada) branded Keyone. I have loaded the AAY819 and can confirm Android 7.1.1 and May 5, 2018 Android security patch level. After a full shutdown and restart (x2) some odd Wifi issues have disappeared. I will continue testing this update, however Uber, transit, Instagram are working fine. When I made a call, I can confirm the Wifi calling symbol in the top left hand corner appeared after the call connected with a "Wifi" Calling statement being displayed on the screen but still not Wifi calling option menu in the settings menu. I need to test the Google Pay later in the week, however I do not see any error messages when I bootup with the app with NFC turned on. Thanks again Conite.

I have a segregated work environment on my KEYᵒⁿᵉ and this update is the first that automatically recognized the verification TXT so I didn't have to use a backup password.

Moving forward, slowly but moving in the right direction.

Here is the AAY819 Autoloader (May 5 2018 patch level) for the KEYᵒⁿᵉ.

It should work on most devices apart from AT&T, Sprint, and China.

Remove passwords, reboot to fastboot mode, and run batch file of your choice (wipe or no-wipe).

Sometimes, the phone can get stuck when booting for the first time. If this happens to you, make sure you've waited long enough, and then just hold the power button down to force a reboot. Should be fine after that.

    Use at your own risk.

Once again, thanks @jcrutchvt2010 for providing the original template.

    Conite,
I've been thinking about doing this on my factory unlocked KEYᵒⁿᵉ, but it has been several years since I ran an Autoloader. So right now the only question I have is about your instruction to remove passwords. I'm not sure what that means or entails. Please refresh this ye olde fart's memory.

In regards to removing passwords, just remove your device password, shut off the KEYᴼᴺᴱ and put it is fastboot (volume down and power).

You're then going to want to plug in the KEYᴼᴺᴱ take it from there.

Also, after a non destructive update my WiFi was turned off more of a small, one time, nuisance than an issue.

I got that part about just removing passwords when I read it the first time in Conite's post. Just repeating his words didn't make it any clearer.
I was asking how. Also does the fingerprint have to be removed? I don't remember ever having to remove passwords in the past when I have used Autoloaders.

When you turn off device password, everything else goes off too - fingerprints, picture password, etc.

The big key is the device has to boot without a password or the autoloader will fail every time.

Well having gone all through settings, especially the Security settings, I can't find where to turn off passwords. I have a feeling turning off passwords is not an available option due to Administrator controls.

I have a factory unlocked BBB100-1 running AAV119, but I'm using it on AT&T. Could this work for my device even though I'm on AT&T but not using an AT&T device?

Since it's factory unlocked and not the AT&T branded one, then yes, it would work.

I've removed my screen lock, booted into fastboot mode, connected the device to my PC and run flashallnowipe.bat. But the batch script doesn't get any further than the welcome text - the part that says:

Note:If device is not in fastboot mode
Please switch to fastboot mode by holding the power and volume down key for 30s

I've tried the battery pull reset (32+ seconds) and tried again - no joy.

I've tried using a different computer - no joy.

I've tried using flashall.bat (instead of flashallnowipe.bat) - no joy.

This process worked just fine for me to apply the April patch (AAX862), so I can't work out what I'm doing different or what's going wrong this time around for the May patch.

Edit: My device type is BB100-2, PRD-63117-003 (UK, bought unlocked from Carphone Warehouse).

    Does anyone have any suggestions?!

    Thanks,

    Fork.
