You could try making a generic autoloader, then you'd only have to upload one rather than a bunch.
Yeah good call I'll give that a go.

Uploading AAP638 universal autoloader now. Should work on most KeyOnes that aren't ATT. Thanks to Thurask for the universal autoloader legwork. This is working fine on my BBB100-3 cdma K1. Will post link as soon as AFH upload finishes.

Are there any other noticeable changes besides the 10/5 security patch?

Haven't been running it long but the google setup screen has changed a bit and the Support Center Icon is a little different it looks like. Nothing functionally that I've noticed yet.

Will the autoloader (I'm assuming it will) fully wipe the device or will there be an option to preserve data?

    Wipe.
It will wipe and you should. If you really want to try it without, you can remove the "oem securewipe" and "flash userdata" lines from the flashing script but I don't recommend it.

Any updates on asking the unaskable question? (Do we have an ETA when the autoloader will be available?)

Which specific PRD variant of the 33 variants do you have? It's noted on the box.

OP updated as well. Let me know if you have any issues with this universal loader.

Even the autoloader isn't up for that yet. OTA will be a while longer.

Try the universal autoloader if you're desperate.

Yeah I've tried in the past to unpack and rebuild but you have to be able to remove the existing one because it declares a TCL permission that can only be used in one app. Maybe someone with a bit more development knowledge can assist. I could try unpacking and repacking the system image but I would probably invalidate the secure bootchain.

I've downloaded the auto loader but I don't know how to run it. The bootloader menu on the device won't let me enter fastboot or turn off the device. Please help.

With it plugged into pc, open command prompt from the autoloader folder and type flashall.bat if you are using windows.

Its stuck at the bootloader menu, I cannot enter fastboot. Running flashall.bat from the cmd prompt doesn't do anything to the device.

Don't know why that would be. What model K1? you could try holding power and volume up to enter backup bootloader.
