    Hi All,

I'm on Bell and received the AAN517 update a few days ago (upgrading from AAM625). Unfortunately, my device won't complete the upgrade; dung the reboot, the start up sequence would proceed, then stop, then the phone would shut down.

A hard reset wont resolve this. The only way to regain access to my OS is to use the boot menu and reboot the phone (2nd option). Here's some screenshots.

    Can you guys help?

    Cheers,
    Andrew

My friend had the same issue when updating his Bell keyone. He said he tried a couple times and rebooted his phone and it eventually worked.

Have you tried deleting the download and downloading it again? You can delete it by hitting the trash can shown in your screencap. Might be a bad download.

I'll retry both suggested solutions again. Although I have deleted the download and redownloaded it several times. Also tried rebooting and hard resetting, and switching to different Bell SIMs.

Should I just wait for an AAN517 autoloader?

Although I have to reinstall all my apps and reconfigure, the upgrade tool worked. Hopefully this problem doesn't resurface again.
