Since two days my KeyOne Copper has 6 grey horizontal lines across the display, all in equal distance from each other. To me it looks like this could come from the adhesive on the back of the display. I am right or is just simply the screen defective? Anyone else with this issue?
Also, I contacted Blackberry over Facebook, they send me an mail from this address: [email protected]

I am not certain, but might be a defective display. The glue holds around the edges, I think...

I noticed lines in sunlight (read as shadows), but the patterns displayed on your screen don't suggest this would be the case.

Interesting replies, thanks; the lines appeared over night, no update, no mechanical damage (fall), no nothing.

I had the same problem a few months ago and thought the same thing - that my display needed to be repaired. But I think one or more recent app updates seems to have fixed this for me as I don't see the lines anymore. I haven't updated to ABP819 yet.

I thought it went away for good, but naaah I still see 'em. I'm not as bothered now knowing a lot of us in here are experiencing it hahah, but I do hope someone could give us an explanation why this is happening

Have the exact same issue on Keyone Black. six horizontal lines. Has been happening since the last update. Will try shutting down and restarting a few times and see if that fixes it. Hope Blackberry acknowledge the issue

Problem solved after installing two Android updates, first was a big file (1,4GB / Android8), after installing this the lines where still there, short time later another update popped up, about 530MB, installed --> lines gone.

I have the AT$T version KEYone. So all my update have come from them.
