I just received my Keyone yesterday for CDMA/Verizon use. I have my SIM and SD cards installed from my old phone and talk/text are working. I also loaded all of my Android Apps and thought I was done.

Just before bed last night I noticed the "4G" indicator is not lighting up. I can see the Verizon tower from my living room and have full strength signal (all bars) on the K1 and 4G is illuminated on every one of the 4 other Verizon phones in the house.

Is 4G part of the advanced calling feature setup mentioned on another thread?

    Thanks, Ken

Do u have Wi-Fi turned on? If wifi is on the 4G won't light up. I found this out myself messing with it. Had me a little scared too at first, lol

Holy smokes! Your suggestion worked like a charm. Had been wondering the same thing for the past two weeks on my GSM model. Thanks.

It is okay to leave wifi turned on all the time and the phone will automatically turn on 4G LTE when it is not connected to wifi.
