    Hello,

    My blackberry Key2 Le won’t turn on and keeps showing me a battery icon. Have you guys seen this before or know of a remedy? Thanks in advance !

    (It’s the battery icon with an exclamation point and a thunder bolt on the top left)

    It means that the battery is not charging (I had this happen when I got my phone in water)

    Leave it on the charger for a few hours, then unplug and hold down the power button to recycle the boot process.
    Also try some different cables and power blocks, see if those change anything.

    But good chance you'll have to look into a replacement battery, and hope that's all it is. Could also be the charging port, the motherboard, or just connections.
