    Does anyone know how to transfer my Pics / Movies to my PC via USB ??
    I am in the connected devices menu and my Key2LE has been saying "Transferring files" for half an hour--I barely have any images/videos on here.

    (My PC is very up to date and high performance)

    Are there any other ways to transfer my data to my PC ??

    Try connecting to different port on your PC... try different USB cable...

    Move on file... see what the transfer rate is.

    I second using a different usb cable. I first tried connecting my key2 le to my laptop with an old usb cord and nothing happened. When I switched to using the charging cable that came with the phone, it was recognized immediately and started transferring files. Try this.
