My Priv works, and I bought it unlocked from Blackberry. I'm looking at possibly getting the Key2 LE.

In choosing a carrier, it all has to do with service coverage and features (ex; wifi calls). Do your research and choose what works best for you. The main thing is (if you can) to buy unlocked phones and not be a 2 year slave on a contract.

For anyone age 55 and older T-mobile's 55+ plan is pretty good; unlimited talk, text & data, plus unlimited hotspot at 3G speed.

ATT - to my knowledge WFC (or any premium service) has never worked with a non-branded phone on AT&T. You can BYOD .... Just don't expect it to work.

T-Mobile - the second I put my new t-mobile Sim in my unlocked Motion, WFC worked. I have always read on here that these services like WFC were not blocked by T- mobile. Non-branded devices actually function fine on T-Mobile.

Verizon - ??¿?? no clue and this thread offers little info
