My speaker function was not working for media, in an attempt to correct that function, I accidentally switched off the function that allows me to "swipe" on the screen. Now to access any function, say open an app, or function, I tap the function and a green boarder appears. I then have to double click and the function will open. But I am not able to swipe to a new screen etc.

I think the change I made was under some form of Accessibility, but I am not positive. Is anyone familiar with the type of function which shows up as a green bar like outline requiring a double click to activate a link, or app?

Any help to restore the swipe function would be greatly appreciated.
