Tried the Key 2 LE - it's slow and laggy compared to the regular Key 2. Spacebar feels identical to the other keys though so clearly there's an issue with the Key 2 that's now been corrected.

Thanks for this! Sounds like I should stay a bit longer with the passport and wait for Key3! Look forward to trying it at a store myself too though!

Sometimes display units can be slow and laggy, I seen it myself. I don't think it reflects real world usage. LE has better processor than KEYone

I'm very happy with my LE. Apps run smooth and so far I did not had any issues with lagging unlike my silver KeyOne previously. So I guess the unit was somehow not properly configured although I have to admit I'm not a hardcore power user.

I don't agree @OP. I had the KEY2 and now the LE and they both have comparable performance. Didn't notice a big difference. In fact, I like the overall experience of the LE more.

I'm currently deciding between jumping ship from Verizon to get the Key2 or sticking with it and getting the Key2 LE. Any reasons why you like the experience of the LE better than the Key2?

Better haptics, cleaner look of the keyboard, better signal strength (polycarbonate ftw!), cheaper.

I think he meant the vibration motor, and yes, it's really good on the LE. But it's also pretty much the same on the KEY2, however it sucked on the KEYone
