I like to use a ring tone that I downloaded years ago from Crackberry. It has always worked on prior phones without an issue.

Now on the LE after a few days after selecting the tone the ringing stops. The only way to get it to ring is to restart the phone.

Anyone have thoughts as why I lose the ringtone and it comes back by restarting the phone. It gets tiresome to restart the phone everyone day or so.

Not sure, but you do have the sound file in regular phone storage and not on the SD Card maybe?

No SD card in phone, so it is stored on the phone.

Is the file actually in .mp3 format and not just a .wav file with .mp3 extension?
I believe for Android it must be a legitimate .mp3 file.
