I just realized that the people I call are not seeing my number nor my name. I've looked in the phone settings but I don't see anyway to change that. That's where it used to be. I've also looked in the general settings nothing there.
I've got the dual SIM Key²LE.

That's where it should still be. Under Settings>Calls>Additional Settings

Believe it or not, that is an option that can be controlled on the carrier side. You can log into your account for your carrier and see if you have hide caller ID turned on. You can also call Customer Service.

Alternatively, go to your Phone app.
Top right hand corner in the search contacts bar, tap the three dots (just right of the microphone icon)
    Tap Settings
    Tap Calls
    Tap Additional settings
(it will do a pause here as it pulls down your carriers settings)
    Tap Caller ID
Set it to Show number (instead of Network Default or the obvious Hide number)

    I think that should help...?

Thanks to @Bla1ze and @coffee-turtle I was able fix it despite a SIM card/Network error pop-up warning.
