    I now have the fingerprint sensor intermittent responding bug as well as the phone going into silent mode after receiving a call. YOU BETTER GET BUSY WITH A FIX ASAP BB MOBILE.

    For now, try holding the power button for 32 seconds and see if that sorts it out

    I have the same thing on mine. Fingerprint sensor eventually died completely. Isolated it to hardware.

    Intermittent phone thing is a software bug. it started doing it a lot and then subsided after I did a factory reset.

    If you call support for an advance replacement, hopefully you will have a better experience than me. Take a look at my post about it.

    I'm not having these issues at all. I have most of my apps in the locker and have to use my fingerprint constantly. It hasn't failed once. Did you drop it or maybe bought it second hand?
