    I just got my new Key2 but i am unable to add my office email to the HUB. I was using the Preve previously and still can get emails on that.. do i need to delete my account on the Preve and then add on the Key2. i tried to use IMAP & POP3 both with different security options but get the error message "Your account cant be authenticated. Update your account settings & try again,"

    You need the specific login details for your email server.
