My key2 le recently got soaked in the rain. Right now it's just a paper weight, black screen buttons do nothing. I have in rice right now (it's been about 12 hours) is there any hope that the phone isn't dead at this point?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The rice doesn't really do anything. Drying out is your only chance. If you can open it up water will have a better chance to escape. Don't plug it in or try to power on until it is perfectly dry.

I took off the back, phone is dry, but sadly I think it way too far gone. When I plug it in, it just flashes a red to green light, the buttons don't do anything. I think it's dead. RIP blackberry key2 le 😪

Thanks for the help. I guess its the blackberry Motion from now on.
