    You can add a hum device for $10 as your 4th line but just having a business account is not good enough you need an account rep.
    I was simply referring to 4th line problem. That being said, when you have 4th line and have account switched over to business, doesn’t that earn you account rep?

    Thanks for everyone's suggestions. On top of the challenges that were mentioned above, it seems like the Verizon Key2 LE is backordered with no ETA (at least per other posts I have read) so I am not sure it is worth all of the work. But thanks for the suggestions - I appreciate it.
    That's what the rep on the 800 told me too when I try to order for my business account too. Yet when my customer called their business rep he got 4 ordered for them. They shipped yesterday. VZW has inventory you just have to go through the proper channel

    Well I have a 4 line business account and never heard from one. I asked 800 CSR rep and the couldn't tell me. I am going to call my clients rep next week and see if he can get me one or at least tell me who my rep is if I have one. They may only assign to larger accounts. I wonder how many devices VZW has on hand.

    Just received 4 Key2 LE units direct from VZW. I wonder how much inventory they have. I also wonder If BBMo is making new batches for VZW which would explain the lack of inventory in other channels.

    I will post build dates as I open but only getting to 1 today.

    I have a BlackBerry key 2 le from Verizon that is stuck on the April April 5th security update. is there an updated version? I have checked for a software update on the phone and it says that the April 5th update is the current one. I've called verizon, and they say that is the current version, but they called BlackBerry and BlackBerry said to type into the phone pad *#*#2432546#*#*. Nothing happened. anybody knows anything about this??

    But it is possible that was the last one released to that varriant, if you are desperate there have been a couple of others that have been made into autoloaders.

    Yes, I did see that some time ago. You would think that by now a security update would be in order. The DTEK app is pointing this out. Thought maybe someone in the know would comment on the issue as to why the update has not been pushed out.

    The -005 and -006 are controlled by Verizon b2b, and updates have to go through them first.

    I do have the signatures for that variant, and could make up a Sep autoloader if you want.

    Ask for higher level tech support. People have had better success with the higher level people.

    I would try. It is an officially supported device, so I would expect advanced features to work.

    I have Wi-Fi calling. You have to speak firmly and politely with a 2nd tier tech to get it provisioned. once that is done, all you have to do is turn on your Wi-Fi. The 4G indicator will go Gray and there you have it.
