Try finding a local electronics repair shop? You can also contact BlackBerry Mobile and see if they'll repair it (at a probably higher than repair shop cost) for you.

I got my screen replaced at ubreakifix, but I had to provide the replacement screen as they can't order Blackberry parts. The screen was $50 from ebay, and the labor charge was $80. They did a good job.
