I have found 2 replacement batteries for the KEY2 LE.
Unfortunately I am one of the few that have the BE100-5

So the two batteries that I can find are the TLP029C1

and also the TLP035B1.

HAS ANYONE USED EITHER OF THESE BATTERIES TO REPLACE THE
OEM BATTERY IN THEIR BLACKBERRY KEY2 LE BBE100-5

All LE devices would use the identical battery. Internals are the same.

The TLP029C1 is the correct one.

Apparently the TCL production line used the same TLP029C1 for a GreatCall-branded Alcatel-made Jitterbug Smart2 5049S. I'm using that and the TLP-number as search terms on Amazon, since I'm now going through batteries faster. I've had especially bad luck with "X-Longer" batteries from "Cameron Sino," which my local cellphone repair shop thinks are NOS (New Old Stock) and are DOA. My last one was >$20 shipped (plus $60 for the install from https://smartphonefixcenter.com/). I tried and sold-off my Unihertz Titan Pocket, so OM needs to come though and let me retire this phone.
