What country and carrier are you on?
What happens when you try? Do you see any error messages?

Thanks for your help, carrier is Chunghwa Telecom in Taiwan, sometime ok but sometime is not without any message just outage direct when I dial out or use other phone dial in

Next time it happens try holding the power button for 32 seconds then let the phone reboot.
If it happens again after that, all I can recommend is a factory reset.

Factory reset twice already but it is not working!
