keep opening shortcut menu while typing

whenever im typing out a text i keep either hitting the "all open apps" button but more often i get that "assign key to shortcut" menu and im not even sure why but its very annoying

any suggestions? didn't have either of those issues on 9930 obviously

You'll just adapt eventually.

That sounds strange. You should only get the option to add a shortcut from the home screen via a short press or long press depending how your have you device set up! Not while your typing a message!!!
