It is recommended that you fully drain the battery, and fully charge it for a couple of cycles to maintain extend the battery life as much as possible. Of course I won't be doing this all the time.

That's European. Correct? NA would be different (?).

I don´t think that it is different because the input voltage is a wide range and if it has replaceable plugs, you can use that power supply allover the world.
And it looks like it has a safety mark from ETL on it but I am not sure if this is their mark for the us because usually it looks a little bit different.
