    Hi all,

I bought a Key2 LE, and overall I enjoy the phone, minus a couple quirks. One of those is the receiver audio. Coming from a Classic, I feel like the call audio is a definitely lacking (even on speaker it's not great). It sounds like the audio itself is maxing out, making it kind of harsh on the ears. The volume itself isn't the issue, but rather the quality of the audio. I wouldn't say it's distorted or blown out, per se, but it sounds like it's clipping or something, which is annoying if you want to talk to someone awhile. Not the most blatant issue; it's just not as balanced as I'm used to.

Has anyone else experienced this? I'm just weighing on whether I should replace it. Thanks!

You could try tweaking the phone audio a bit to see if that helps. Open your phone app. Tap the 3 dots top right>settings>sounds & vibration>audio EQ. - you can either boost the bass or treble from there.

Thanks for the tip! I boosted bass, so we'll see if that helps a little.
