I have a BlackBerry KEY2 LE. When I open the Google Play Store, then > My Apps & Games > Installed - only 4 apps show up when there are 30+ that came with the stock firmware. The Play Store is unable to recognize the apps on the phone and have them show up in the Installed tab. This prevents the phone from auto-updating the apps.

To update them, I have to manually open the app, then it usually prompts me about an update (i.e. Chrome 69 -> 71) and it opens the Play Store where I can download the update. Now Chrome shows up under the Installed tab (it didn't before), so I assume it will update automatically.

But the other apps won't, unless I open them and manually start the update.

Also, I have the US version of the Google Play Store even though I'm in Canada. And it is forcing me to input a credit card to switch to the Canadian Play Store. Not sure if that has anything to do with this problem. Wonder if this could be fixed as well.

Would appreciate some help. Much thanks.
