I have overnight lost the googple play app. My handset comes up withn the warning that my device does not support google play services. I cannot use some apps particularly banking and a relayed gmail work account. Have treid everything I can find online and our IT guru. There is a cache option which I've dobe with no luck. The only option I can see id a facrory reset but not ideal. Can anyone shed some light on a possible solution? Kind regards Ashley.

Then you should have no trouble loading the latest autoloader. You won't need to wipe the phone.

Download to your PC using your web browser. Then unzip it.

If you've never plugged your phone into your PC before, you'll need to install the USB drivers first:

Did you not only unzip, but install the drivers?

Remove your device password, boot into the bootloader screen, plug it in, and then run flashallnowipe.bat on your PC.

To get to the bootloader screen, turn your phone off. Turn it back on by holding the power button + the down volume button.
